National Escape Game Day Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Eligibility
The National Escape Game Day Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of The Escape Game, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by The Escape Game, 750 Old Hickory Blvd Building 1 Suite 180 Brentwood TN 37027.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on September 19, 2025 at 12:00AM CT and ends on September 23, 2025 at 12:00AM CT (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, complete the Sweepstakes entry form by providing your full name and a valid email address during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Additional entries will be void.
5. Prize
One thousand (1,000) winners will receive one (1) free ticket to play any escape game at any The Escape Game location occurring on October 1, 2025 (approximate retail value: $45). Prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. No substitution is allowed except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will be conducted on or about September 24, 2025 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winners will be notified by email at the email address provided at entry within 2 business days of the drawing.
8. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Escape Game, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
11. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Tennessee. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
