Official Rules for The Escape Game’s Monthly Mystery Sweepstakes Celebrating Disney+ Throwbacks

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of legal residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of The Escape Game (“Sponsor”), ABC, Inc. dba Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures (“Disney”), prize providers, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The sweepstakes begins on July 25, 2025 at 12:00AM CT and ends on August 23, 2025 at 12:00AM CT. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

4. HOW TO ENTER: There are two methods of entry:

• Online Entry: Solve the puzzles presented on The Escape Game's Monthly Mystery game page. Follow the prompts to submit your solution and entry information. Limit one (1) entry per person.
• Postcard Entry: Mail a postcard with your name, address, and contact information to The Escape Game Attn Teddy Cheek, 750 Old Hickory Blvd Building 1 Suite 180 Brentwood TN 37027. Postcard entries must be postmarked by the last day of the Sweepstakes Period and received within five (5) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the method of entry.

5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Each prize pack shall include a Disney+ branded denim tote bag and branded pins. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize pack is $50. Any taxes or expenses related to use or claiming of a prize shall be the sole responsibility of each winner.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: 10 winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received to receive a prize pack. The drawing will be held approximately August 25, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Immediately after the drawing, the Sponsor will make a reasonable effort to notify the potential winners via the contact information provided. If the potential winners cannot be contacted within five (5) days of the first attempt to notify them, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

7. CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The prize is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such an event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Disney, prize providers, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) technical errors that may prevent an entrant from submitting an entry; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the sweepstakes; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes or receipt of any prize.

10. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Tennessee, provided that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the intellectual property of Disney, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California and in the event of any dispute, all entrants irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California to resolve such disputes. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Tennessee without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Tennessee or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Tennessee, except for any issues or questions related to Disney’s intellectual property, which shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, as set forth above.
